About the Presenter
Jeffrey Petersen is Vice President of Client Solutions at ELB Learning, where he helps organizations design and deliver learning programs that combine strategy, custom content, and emerging technology. His background spans sales leadership, marketing strategy, and instructional design, giving him a unique perspective on how people learn, grow, and perform at work. Over the past decade, he has consulted with hundreds of organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies across the consumer, business, HR tech, and learning tech sectors. His work focuses on building programs that drive behavior change and connect learning to real business outcomes. Jeff lives in Dallas TX with his wife, Janelle, and four kids. When he's not working, any free time is likely spent chauffeuring children from one practice to another.
