Deirdre Taylor is a motivational speaker and a leadership, career transition and life coach with certifications from The Generative Leadership Group, Right Management, The Brave Thinking Institute and other organizations. She is the recipient of Right Management’s PERFORM coaching excellence award and the Brave Thinking Institute’s IMPACT Award. In her independent coaching practice, she delivers proven transformational programs that help people create lives in harmony with their highest vision and purpose, both professionally and personally.

Her previous experience includes over a decade as an executive coach and senior career consultant with Right Management in New York and Connecticut, working with clients at all organizational levels and industries. As a business executive she previously held senior roles leading the marketing and communications functions in agency, corporate and non-profit settings, and as a valued consultant and coach to executives and entrepreneurs. Deirdre has a been a featured speaker for many organizations and leads popular in-person and virtual workshops both locally and nationally. She is a podcast guest and recently hosted The Wellness Show on KWVH 94.3 FM.

Tiffany Rhodes, M.Ed. serves as the liaison for the organization featuring the latest in virtual ideologies across industries. Her experience and broad knowledge give her the ability to reach out to a wide range of constitutes and industry leaders throughout the United States. She brings 20 years of experience in leading innovative teaching and learning for academia and corporate settings. She currently is an Adjunct Mathematics Professor at Austin Community College. As a leader in the community, she promotes STEM programs to underrepresented youths in the community through the Boys and Girls Club and Community Engagement Events.

The ATD Austin Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials.
