Over the last 15 years she has played nearly every role in the knowledge industry, from educational researcher in academic environments, to curriculum writing for NPOs, to training corporate CEOs. Tiffany Rhodes, M.Ed. serves as the liaison for the organization featuring the latest in virtual ideologies across industries. Her experience and broad knowledge give her the ability to reach out to a wide range of constitutes and industry leaders throughout the United States. She brings 20 years of experience in leading innovative teaching and learning for academia and corporate settings. She currently is an Adjunct Mathematics Professor at Austin Community College. As a leader in the community, she promotes STEM programs to underrepresented youths in the community through the Boys and Girls Club and Community Engagement Events.

The ATD Austin Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials.
