About the Speakers:
Leisha Barnette and Vaishali Jadhav are Senior Trainers at Whole Foods Market. They believe strongly in a culture of supporting the individual in an organization.
Leisha (pictured right) came to Whole Foods Market after an extensive career in sales and training, plus a background in psychology, nutrition, and healthy living.
She believes the sum of individuals -- their mindsets, and their views on life -- are core components of an organization, and that the organization’s success ultimately depends on that...more today than ever, as transparency via social networking gives customers a window into companies and their employees.
Leisha lives in Austin, where she enjoys yoga, the world of food, the art of healthy living, cycling, and crafting with her family on their small farm.
--
Vaishali (pictured left) came to Whole Foods Market after receiving her MBA and working in training and organizational development in Washington, D.C.
She has a passion for helping individuals apply their natural talents and strengths in the workplace. At Whole Foods Market, she looks for opportunities to leverage her business background, talent-based philosophy, and passion for Team Member development to design programs that create a win-win-win learning environment!
Vaishali also lives in Austin, where she enjoys cooking, exploring Austin with friends, and mending her heart after every University of Texas Longhorn football season.
