The second in our three-part series helping managers/leaders increase the performance of individuals on their teams.
In this collaborative session we will review the Positive Coaching Mindset and discuss the Positive Coaching assessment (including the five factors for successful implementation). More detail will be provided on non-directive coaching and the Grow Model. We will also be looking at the role of diagnostic behavioral assessments in effective coaching and development. Attendees will be guided toward a practicum to begin a live coaching process with an individual after the session. Attendees will also be prepared to take their own Positive Coaching Assessment after this session.
