You walk away from an interview thinking “I aced this interview”, yet you do not move forward in the process.  In this presentation we will uncover the 20 most common and and fatal interview mistakes that cost you not getting the offer or moving forward in the interview process.  This will be very interactive, so come prepared to share your story as well!

Will Thomson has been in the recruiting, sales and staffing industries for 24 years. He graduated from Ole Miss in 1995 and his first job out of college was working for Aerotek, one of the largest staffing firms in the United States. Will received a master’s degree in Human Resources and then went to go work as an in-house recruiter. He has been a corporate recruiter for Dell, eBay, Rosetta Stone, and Balfour.

In 2012, Will began to blog. It was here where his career started to blossom. Bulls Eye Recruiting went on to win 26 global awards for best career website from 2014-2018. He began to speak around the US on various recruiting and HR topics.
