About the Speaker

Dr. Lana Petru has been instrumental in developing learning strategies and implementing learning solutions for corporate and executive education for a span of almost 20 years.

She is currently Sr. Vice President of Learning and Performance at the Center for Performance Learning (CPL) where she focuses on select industries such as Healthcare, Technology, and Energy. 

As Sr. Vice President, she is committed to supporting organizations with developing customized learning that aligns with strategic business initiatives and drives results. She also continues to support leadership development through her consulting firm Líder·ology Consulting Group. 

She has a passion for building effective learning models and providing tailored learning events that impact the workplace.
