The research is clear: employee experience (EX) matters. Organizations committed to creating a positive employee experience achieve higher productivity, improved job satisfaction, and lower turnover. But, does that matter in the post-COVID reality?

In this webinar we are joined by Cait Ross & Maya Garza from BetterUp. They will discuss hot-off-the-press findings on the state of the worker during COVID times, and explore what organizations can do to help employees thrive and businesses sustain through even the most challenging of times.
