Getting The Real Story with Storyboarding

This month we will explore the use of storyboarding for e-Learning design.  Storyboarding is a technique used in many industries, like film, to help communicate each piece of a multi-media production per scene.  In e-Learning it helps communicate the overall design of each screen or segment before building the final product.  In other words, a chance to ensure the stakeholders can review and approve the design, the voice talent can record the audio, the graphic designer can build the images, the programmer can build the interactions, and the instructional designer can be sure there is valid learning principles in place.

Star will lead a dynamic exploration of storyboarding and its value for the eLearning designer.  If you have a good storyboard design that you like, please bring a hardcopy of it to share.
