Science's Perspective on Learning and Training

Is your participant's amygdala getting in the way of their learning? Learn how to apply the principles of neuroscience and other recent developments in the Science of Learning to your training delivery.

Please bring a brief sample training presentation or activity you have delivered in the past or currently deliver for use in hands-on activities.

The Training Curve SIG is focused at helping trainers with their delivery and platform skills. It may touch on some design, but it really is meant to develop you as a presenter.  

About The Speaker

Jennifer A Donner Caruso, MEd, CPLP currently designs instruction and certification activities for OneWest Bank, FSB. Prior to moving into Instructional Design, she was recognized for her learner-centered, facilitative approach in the classroom. She is particularly interested in Human Performance Improvement and obtained ASTD's CPLP Credential as well as their certificate in Consulting for Trainers.
