How is the APTD different from the CPTD?

The APTD designation is intended for those early in their career with three to five years of experience in talent development. The primary focus of the APTD is around three areas of expertise:

1. Training delivery
2. Instructional design
3. Learning technologies

Evaluating learning impact and the foundational competency of Global Mindset are also included in questions.
