Join us for the August Feet on the Street virtual SIG where fellow Talent Development professionals share something they are currently working on.

Change Management and L&D: What does one have to do with the other? This session will cover change management basics, how to consider and incorporate change in L&D, and the overall impact of bringing the two together.

Our speaker, Courtney Cordova, is obsessed with discovering new effective ways organizations can reach, train, and increase the proficiency of front line workers. Her background includes a mix of retail operations and learning & development. Courtney works at Whole Foods Market as the Global Executive Leader of Learning & Development. Her passion for helping others achieve their goals led her to attain her CPLP (now CPTD) in 2016 and she was named a Top 5 Emerging Training Leader by Training Magazine in 2015.

Session leaders are local CPLPs who have a range of work responsibilities. Each CPLP SIG host will select a talent discussion topic relevant to their interests.
