LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem solving technique that uses hands-on visual and interactive tools. The methodology draws on extensive research from business, organizational development, psychology, and adult learning. It is a highly-interactive and experiential approach which taps an organization’s collective knowledge to enhancing business performance, innovation, and organizational development.

When we use our hands in learning, a process takes place that generates a powerful emotional charge. As a result, when we build with our hands, our thoughts and ideas tend to have greater detail, and we can understand and remember them more easily.
