About the Speakers:

Jeff Croson is a veteran of the learning and development industry. He has over 15 years consulting driving the achievement of individuals and organizations through the use of technology. Jeff has led innovative talent development and training initiatives with several industry leading organizations including IBM, Convergys, Element K (now Skillsoft) and Mindleaders (now Skillsoft). Jeff is an active ATD member and consults regularly with the leadership of the Austin, Houston and Dallas area Chapters. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with dual majors in management and marketing.

Todd A. Strosnider for nearly 20 years has focused his career on developing leaders and teams through innovative programs, tools and systems.

His early career focused supporting and educating new supervisors to combat turnover and increase engagement. He has since built and led teams responsible for executing the learning and development strategy for over 10,000 employees.

Todd strives to align the learning goals with the company's vision and work diligently to design and deliver development opportunities for front-line colleagues to senior leaders. Todd earned his MBA with a concentration in Organization Development from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelors degree in Communication from Texas A&M University. He also has earned several certifications in multiple assessment tools, including Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and DDI.
