ATD Competencies : Instructional Design and Training Delivery
Sallia Bandy is an Instructional Designer at Dell EMC, having held a number of positions there over the past 23 years. Sallia is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her favorite aspect of talent development is to figure out how people learn and come up with solutions that keep the learner in mind. Sallia is a two-time winner of the ATD Austin Leader in Learning Award and currently serves on the board as President. When not delving into the world of learning, Sallia is a church choir director and cake decorating instructor. She lives in Walburg with her husband, Skip, five beagles and two donkeys (Lucy and Ethel).
