• Ways to increase interactivity
• Practical applications of virtual training
• Icebreakers in all training platforms
• Increasing participant engagement

About the Host

Leah brings her experience as an instructional designer with 10+ years in both design and delivery.  

Leah holds an M.Ed. in Counseling and has years of staff development experience as both a General Manager and hybrid designer/trainer. She has developed and delivered ILT, VILT and ELT courses.  

Leah is currently a Global Sales Training developer, Sr. Advisor with Dell, Inc.
