You Don't Have to be a SME to be the ID

NOTE: Register by July 13 to reserve a lunch.

Do you work in an organization where subject matter experts (SME) want to lead training classes and share everything THEY know about the content? Do your SMEs want to record their own voice to a comprehensive PowerPoint THEY created to share their knowledge on a topic? Sound familiar?

Let's grab lunch and talk about best practices around engaging SMEs to glean their pertinent knowledge and translate that into effective training (classroom, online or blended) with the magic of instructional design!

  • How to get SMEs and Stakeholders onboard with your instructional design approach
  • The right questions to ask when working with SMEs
  • Best practices for working with SMEs and Stakeholders to ensure your business goals are met
