Responsive web design responds to layout changes based on the size and capabilities of the device. A phone may show content in a single column view, a tablet in two columns and a PC in multiple columns and rows.

Adobe is a leader in creating easy to use GUI products for web development and most recently in the eLearning developing industry with Adobe Captivate 8.
