CPLP Study Group - Change Management

This module is about applying a systematic process to shift individuals, teams, and organizations from their current state to their desired state. 

Upon completion of this module participants will be able to:

• Establish sponsorship and ownership for change.
• Build involvement.
• Create a contract for change.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments.
• Provide feedback.
• Facilitate strategic planning for change. 
• Support a change intervention.
• Encourage integration fo change into organizational culture.
• Manage consequences resulting from change.
• Evaluate change results.
